A whole lot of sweet, smoke, and spice safely found its way into our delicious Batch #4.
When you've got help from friends and family, it's not only a chance for great action shots and quicker work, but it also feels that much more authentic.
In 1984 when it all began, a bunch of friends and family donned their aprons and got to work having fun competing in Ribfest. The Ribticklers went on to finish in the top 10% out of 600.
The sauce (and kitchen) has evolved but the sense of community is just as strong! BBQ is about making friends and being close with family. Grill on!!
With all the help, we went on to sell 71 jars at the market the very next day!
